Commentary about the work: "Madres de Plaza de Mayo" and "Grandmothers of Plaza de Mayo" ask where are missing bodies of their children and grandchildren kidnapped and killed by the cruel military dictatorship during the years 1976 – 1983. Through the hollow of sculpture is been the cemetery of Corbera d'Ebre, symbolizing the "mothers" and "grandmothers" would: a place to bury their loved ones. Biography: Artist born in Buenos Aires (Argentina Republic) 1950. He studied at the Escuela Municipal de Artes Gráficas, in Mutualidad de Estudiantes y Egregados de Bellas Artes. He has been president of the Sociedad Argentina de Artistas Plásticos and consultant of the Dirección de Asuntos Culturales del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores. He is artistic consultant of the Universidad de Lanús. He began to show his work in the late seventies. He has made more than 50 individual exhibitions and he has participated in more than 100 collective·exhibitions. He has exhibited his work in several countries (Spain, England, Korea, Belgium, Paraguay, Bulgaria). He works in different·individual collections in Japan, United States, England, Cuba, Spain and Germany. His work is in various museums, “Museo de Bellas Artes de Luján", Museo de Bellas Artes de Salta, Museo de Bellas Artes de Posadas, Museo Solaina de Pilonio de Galicia”.
